How does the shared export pool work?
Your whole team draws from one monthly export limit (750 exports on Growth, unlimited on Enterprise). The pool resets at the start of each calendar month (UTC), and a live usage bar means nobody blows the limit by surprise.
What’s the difference between Owner, Admin, and Member?
Owners manage billing and can rename or delete the team. Admins can invite people, remove members, and view usage analytics. Members use Email Snipper under the team plan; usage stats stay admin-only.
Can I switch from Personal to Growth?
Yes. You can upgrade to Growth or Enterprise at any time, and billing is handled (and prorated) by our payment provider. Your existing projects and brand profiles come with you.
What happens to my projects when I join a team?
Projects and exports stay per member. Your work is yours. Admins see team usage analytics and a brand library across the team, but not the contents of each other’s projects.
How many people can I invite?
Up to 10 seats on Growth and 50 seats on Enterprise. Invites are sent by email and you can manage roles and remove members anytime from the team dashboard.
