What it takes now
- Slice and export every section by hand
- Upload the slices into a compression tool
- Create and structure the campaign in Klaviyo
- Upload each compressed file into its image block
- Add alt text and links to every image
Upload once and slice. The draft campaign lands in Klaviyo with links and alt text already filled in. Or download the files for any other ESP.
Upload, slice, and push straight to Klaviyo. No manual rebuild.
Drag in a PNG or JPG of your finished design. Set the footer bar and everything below it stays out of the export.
A few clicks slices the whole email: click to split, magnetic snapping lines cuts up, and any slice divides into 2–4 columns for product rows.
Slices land in Klaviyo as a draft campaign: compressed, in order, linked, with alt text written for you. Templates, image-only uploads and ZIP downloads are there too.
The difference

Upload a PNG or JPG up to 20MB (the same limit shown in the uploader). We recommend designs at typical email width (e.g. 600px or 1200px) for best results. Exports match your upload: JPEG stays JPEG, PNG stays PNG.
Yes. Klaviyo is what it's built for, not one integration among many. Email Snipper creates a fully built draft campaign in your Klaviyo account: slices uploaded in order, laid out, linked, and given alt text, with the campaign name, subject line, preview text and audience include/exclude lists set before it leaves Email Snipper. It arrives as a draft for you to review and schedule, and nothing is ever sent on your behalf. You can also create a reusable Klaviyo template, or upload slices to the Image Library only. This works on free accounts; you'll need an account and a saved brand profile to connect Klaviyo.
You place the cuts, and that is quicker than it sounds: one click per split, with magnetic snapping to line everything up, so a typical email is fully sliced in a handful of clicks. Placing cuts yourself also means every slice lands exactly where you want it, instead of checking and correcting an auto-detected guess. Undo, redo and 2–4 column splits are one click each too.
Yes. Every slice is sent to an AI model that reads it and writes alt text describing the headline, offer or call to action, deliberately skipping text printed on products and packaging, legal fine print, and footer boilerplate. It runs automatically before a Klaviyo campaign or template is sent, and you can review or edit any line first. It's unlimited on every plan, including free. You do need a free account, because alt text isn't available to signed-out guests.
No. Brand profiles store the URLs you use most, with one set as the default. On send, that link is applied to every image block in the campaign, so you're not pasting the same URL into a dozen blocks. You can still change individual links in Klaviyo afterwards.
A free account covers 10 exports a month with 3 brand profiles, unlimited alt text and unlimited image compression, and needs no card. Pro is $19/month for 150 exports and 10 brand profiles, $65/month for 600 exports with unlimited brands and a 10-seat team workspace, or $149/month for unlimited exports and unlimited seats. You can also slice and download without an account at all, up to 10 exports.
Yes, through downloads. Slicing and compression work exactly the same, and you can download your slices as a ZIP or as individual files to upload into Mailchimp, Brevo, Constant Contact, or any ESP that accepts image uploads. The campaign, template and image-library automation is Klaviyo-specific, since that's where the integration is built.
Most slicing happens in your browser. If you sign in, we also save your design and slice layout to your account so you can reopen it later. We receive your images when you use features that need our servers, such as ZIP download, Advanced compression, Klaviyo draft campaign creation, template creation, or image upload, to package, optimize, or push files. Stored project data is removed automatically 14 days after your last edit, and you can delete projects yourself anytime.
Yes. Compression is on by default and applies smart optimization for noticeably smaller files and faster inbox load times. It is unlimited on every plan, including free. If you would rather keep the original file size and quality, switch it off in the export options.
One export is when you download your slices or send them to Klaviyo from one email design, usually a single uploaded image. Uploading, adjusting the footer, or trying different cuts first doesn’t use up an export by itself.
No. You can try basic slicing without signing up and complete up to 10 exports. A free account includes 10 exports per month, saved projects, brand profiles, unlimited image compression, and Klaviyo campaign, template, and image export. Pro adds higher limits, more brand profiles, and team features for agencies.
Saved projects are automatically deleted 14 days after your last edit. You can also delete any project manually from your history at any time. Once you download your ZIP or individual images, those files are yours to keep forever.
