What file types and sizes can I upload?

Upload a PNG or JPG up to 20MB (the same limit shown in the uploader). We recommend designs at typical email width (e.g. 600px or 1200px) for best results. Exports match your upload: JPEG stays JPEG, PNG stays PNG.

Is Email Snipper built for Klaviyo?

Yes. Email Snipper is built deepest for Klaviyo campaign workflows. Free accounts can create draft campaigns ready to finish in Klaviyo, create reusable Klaviyo templates, or upload image slices when they only need assets in the Image Library. You’ll need an account and a saved brand profile to connect Klaviyo. You can still download optimized images for Mailchimp, Brevo, Constant Contact, or any ESP that supports image uploads.

Are my images uploaded anywhere?

Most slicing happens in your browser. If you sign in, we also save your design and slice layout to your account so you can reopen it later. We receive your images when you use features that need our servers—such as ZIP download, Advanced compression, Klaviyo draft campaign creation, template creation, or image upload—to package, optimize, or push files. Stored campaign data is removed automatically 7 days after your last edit, and you can delete campaigns yourself anytime.

What’s the difference between Fast and Advanced compression?

Fast is instant and ideal for quick turnaround—great for most campaigns. Advanced (requires a free account) applies smarter optimization for smaller file sizes and faster email load times. Use Advanced when you want to minimize image weight without sacrificing quality.

What counts as a campaign?

One campaign is one email design you’re slicing—usually a single uploaded image. It counts toward your plan when you export your slices to Klaviyo or download files. Uploading, adjusting the footer, or trying different cuts first doesn’t use up a campaign by itself.

Do I need an account?

No. You can try basic slicing without signing up and complete up to 10 campaigns (each counts when you download). A free account includes 30 campaigns per month, Advanced compression, brand profiles, and Klaviyo campaign, template, and image export. Pro adds higher limits, unlimited compression, unlimited brand profiles, and team features for agencies.

How long are my campaigns kept?

Campaigns are automatically deleted 7 days after your last edit. You can also delete any campaign manually from your history at any time. Once you download your ZIP or individual images, those files are yours to keep forever.

How do I manage or cancel my Pro subscription?

For paid Pro subscriptions, log in, open your profile menu, and choose Manage Billing. That opens a secure customer portal where you can update payment details, change plans, or cancel. Use the same email account you used when you subscribed. If you don’t see Manage Billing, your access may be on a complimentary plan—contact us if you need help.
