A few quick answers before you start slicing.
Upload a PNG or JPG. We recommend designs at typical email width (e.g. 600px or 1200px) for best results. Exports keep the same format as your original upload.
Yes. Email Snipper exports individual images you can drag into image blocks in Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Brevo, Constant Contact, or any e-commerce or email platform that supports images. Pro users can upload directly to their Klaviyo Image Library in one click.
Slicing happens entirely in your browser—your design never leaves your device until you choose to export. Uploads only occur when you use ZIP export or compression, so we can package and optimize your files. Any uploaded data is automatically deleted 7 days after your last edit.
Fast is instant and ideal for quick turnaround—great for most campaigns. Advanced (requires a free account) applies smarter optimization for smaller file sizes and faster email load times. Use Advanced when you want to minimize image weight without sacrificing quality.
Yes. Set your footer height once and lock it—new uploads can automatically reuse it so you don't have to crop again. The locked footer persists across new uploads, which is especially useful when you use the same template layout for recurring campaigns.
No. You can use Email Snipper anonymously with up to 10 campaigns per month. A free account gives you 30 campaigns per month and access to Advanced compression. Pro adds more campaigns, direct Klaviyo upload, and team features for agencies.
Campaigns are automatically deleted 7 days after your last edit. You can also delete any campaign manually from your history at any time. Once you download your ZIP or individual images, those files are yours to keep forever.
Yes. Use the "Apply Previous" button (or "Process Similar") to apply the same split structure from your last campaign to a new upload. This is ideal for recurring layouts like weekly newsletters where only the content changes.
